Michèle Barthole-Paultre

Michèle Barthole-Paultre is currently the director of Haiti Bureau of Standards (BHN). Previously she served as the head of the Essential Oils Laboratory and then moved on to join the Directorate of Quality Control and Consumer Protection in Haiti's Ministry of Trade and Industry. She has worked in the area of food control systems (food inspection and food control laboratories), consumer protection, development of quality infrastructure and various capacity building projects. She is a member of the Council of the CARICOM Regional Organisation for Standards and Quality. She holds a Master degree in chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico.
