Kajarayekha Kenneth Msiska

Kenneth Msiska heads the Plant Quarantine and Phytosanitary Service which is a part of Zambia's National Plant Protection Organization. His main area of work has been in biosecurity (phytosanitary), developing of appropriate systems and support to prevent adverse events and market access negotiations for plant and plant products. Kenneth brings with him experience in implementation of various capacity building projects in Zambia. He holds a PhD in plant biosecurity from Lincoln University, Christchurch, New Zealand.
