In collaboration with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), the webinar explored Canada's vTPA approach and its Establishment Risk-Based Assessment (ERA) Model. The discussion offered valuable insights on the benefits of this approach in Canada, along with key considerations for successful implementation in other regions. This webinar is organized as part of the STDF project piloting the use of vTPA in East Africa to improve food safety in horticulture and fisheries (STDF/PG/842).
