Meghan Noseworthy

Meghan Noseworthy is a Science Research Manager at Natural Resources Canada in Victoria, British Columbia, working on scientific solutions to phytosanitary issues associated with the trade of wood. Meghan is the chair of the North American Plant Protection Organization (NAPPO) Forestry Expert Group, Secretary of the International Forestry Quarantine Research Group, and member of the IPPC Contaminating pests working group. Meghan has 20 years experience in ecology and entomology and has spent the last 10 years focussing on new ways to promote safe trade including developing the North American regional standard for phytosanitary measures RSPM 41 on the use of Systems Approaches to manage pest risks.
