International Portal

The International Portal on Food Safety, Animal & Plant Health facilitates trade in food and agriculture products and supports the implementation of the Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) Agreement by providing a single access point for official international and national information across the sectors of food safety, animal and plant health.

Developed by FAO, and in association with the organizations responsible for international standard setting in sanitary and phytosanitary matters, the international portal gives authoritative access to official information and acts as a single access point for information which increasingly crosses traditional disciplinary boundaries.
